• • Infrastructure Modernisation: Upgrading ports, rail networks, roads, bridges, and public utilities to boost domestic trade, create jobs, and enhance global competitiveness. 

• • Electrical Infrastructure: Addressing Eskom’s operational challenges and stabilising the power supply through maintenance, diversification, and improved management. 

• • Water Management: Overhauling water systems, increasing storage capacities, and implementing efficient maintenance programmes to combat water scarcity, especially in Gauteng. 

• • Policy Clarity: Providing updates on the National Health Insurance, the Basic Education Laws Amendment Bill, and the Expropriation Bill to ensure transparency and public confidence. 

• • G20 Presidency: Leveraging South Africa’s role to mobilise climate finance, secure favourable trade terms, and strengthen international partnerships. 

• • Fiscal Responsibility: Ensuring that the government’s ambitious agenda aligns with the medium-term budget to avoid increasing national debt and maintain sound public finances.
