Digital Media Specialist

Responsible/report to:

The CEO and Account Manager/s

The digital specialist will be responsible for developing an integrated digital strategy that maximises impact and reach for Resolve clients across digital and social media channels, as well as help develop Resolve’s own digital and social media presence.

Responsibilities include

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy and content:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define clear digital marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Formulate and execute a digital marketing strategy for relevant client accounts.
  • Design creative content for a variety of uses: websites, infographics, email templates, social media graphics and photography.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software or platforms will count in the candidate’s favour

Manage and optimize online presence:

  • Oversee website development (where applicable) and content management, ensuring user-friendly and engaging content.
  • Manage social media accounts, crafting compelling content (in line with the account strategy) and fostering audience engagement.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, designing targeted campaigns and analysing performance.
  • Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive website traffic.

Analyse and measure performance:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform future digital marketing strategies and budget allocations.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing them to optimize performance.

Client management:

  • Ensuring frequent contact with the client – through regular formal meetings, as well as informal interactions.
  • Keeping a record of all deliverables for the client and reporting back to the client and Account Director on progress.
  • Ongoing assessment of the client relationship and alerting the CEO to any potential issues.
  • Ensuring that the Business’ records and all necessary reports are updated and completed.
